Registration Fee includes; name badge, meeting book, coffee services. %20 VAT will be included to the registration fees and will be invoiced by Blood Banks and Transfusion Society of Turkey commercial enterprise.

• Accommodation Package Fee includes; 4 or 5 nights’ accommodation, airport-hotel-airport transfers.
• Transfer service is provided for the hotel check in day (November 30) and check out day (December 04), transfers requests will not be accepted except these days.
• %20 VAT will be included to the Accommodation Package Fees and will be invoiced by Turkish Blood Foundation commercial enterprise.
• Participants, who do not stay at congress hotels or whose accommodation reservations have not bee made through our society will be required to pay an outside participation fee. This fee includes making use of congress meeting package services between at 09:00 - 18:00, which is not included in "all inclusive" system for the hotel guests and is mandated by the hotel.
• Since this additional cost is included in the accommodation package rates, this fee is not going to be required from the participants, who have made their accommodation reservations through our association.

Registration and Reservation

In order to carry out your congresscongress participation and registration processes properly, "Registration and Accommodation Form" must be filled out completely, congress registration and accommodation fees must be transferred to the bank accounts stated below and receipts must be sent to Blood Banks and Transfusion Society of Turkey via e-mail.

Cancellation Informations

All cancellation requests must be sent to Blood Banks and Transfusion Society of Turkey in written. Cancellation requests, which are not in writing, are not going to be accepted. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after October 10, 2026 even if they are submitted in writing.
